The client and the Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultant ,Ali Saad Tariq (RCIC #R712060) enter into this Initial Consultation Agreement.
The customer agrees to pay the Consultation fee shown in the booking form for the online consultation services selected.
The consultation’s goal is to provide the consultant with enough information to do a thorough analysis and provide complete advise on immigration choices, including projected time periods, consultation fees, and costs.
Client responsibility: The client is responsible for providing the RCIC with any factual information or documents needed to complete the consultation. Client must be accurate and truthful, and must advise RCIC of any information, positive or negative, that may be relevant to the advice offered by RCIC in this issue. Failure to properly disclose all relevant information to RCIC will have an influence on the advice provided by RCIC and may result in the voiding of this Agreement or significantly affecting the outcome of Client’s application or the retention of any status that Client may receive.
Advice as of the date of consultation: The RCIC’s advise to Client is based on Canadian immigration law and policy as of the date of the consultation, when applicable. The RCIC is not liable or responsible for any changes in government legislation or policy that may have an influence on the processing of any future application by Client.

There is no assurance of outcome: RCIC will provide advisory services to Client at the level of a qualified CICC member. RCIC makes no promise that he or she will be able to assist Client in achieving his or her business, education, job, or immigration objectives.
Confidentiality: RCIC is obligated to keep Client’s confidences and secrets confidential. This professional duty exists to promote open and honest communication between the Client and the RCIC. Except as required by law, any information and documentation submitted by Client and evaluated by the RCIC will not be disclosed to any other party, other than RCIC’s agents and employees, without prior authorization.
This agreement is governed by the laws of the Province of British Columbia as well as the relevant Federal Laws of Canada.
Please be reminded that Ali Saad Tariq ,RCIC #R712060 is a member in good standing of the College of Immigration and Citizenship Consultants (CICC) and is thus subject to its By-Laws, Code of Professional Conduct, and Regulations.
By booking an appointment and paying the consultation fee in the booking tool, the client acknowledges that he or she has read this initial consultation agreement and its clauses and agrees to the terms and conditions specified in them.
