BUSINESS VISITOR VISA

A Business Visitor Visa is used by business individuals who will be visiting Canada for a short period of time for business objectives. They can carry on their company in Canada without entering the Canadian labour market.

Aside from that, a business visitor visa allows you to travel across Canada and visit friends and family, as it is not confined to attending business-related events.

You must demonstrate the following in order to enter Canada as a business visitor:

  • Stay in Canada for a maximum of six months.
  • Will not enter the Canadian labour market
  • The majority of the company’s operations are conducted outside of Canada.
  • Bring any necessary documentation to support your application.
  • Meet Canada’s entrance criteria, such as having a valid travel document, such as a passport.
  • financially capable of returning to the country of origin
  • When your vacation in Canada comes to an end, make plans to leave.
  • Have no criminal record and no security or health issues
